Complete and submit our Designer Trade Application below. Provide one of the following professional documents by attaching it to your application or by sending an email to contact@maleneb.com
-Current business or state professional license, in a residential or commercial design-based business or the hospitality industry
-Proof of current AI or IDI provincial registration
-Proof of current ASID membership
-Interior design certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
-Business card indicating design profession
-Resale or Sales Tax Certificate – Signed resale certificates are required
if you intend to purchase merchandise for resale. Without this documentation, sales tax will be applied to all orders. (US only.)
TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
Program is available solely to member; discount privilege is non-transferable to clients, purchasing agents or any third party.
Member must place and pay for order. We do not accept payment from clients. Payment is due at time of order.
There is no discount on shipping charges.
Some items are excluded from the 15% discount, including Art, S&L Accessories, Baby Gifts and Sale. By accepting membership to Malene B ‘s Designer program you agree that you will purchase Malene B merchandise for the sole purpose of conducting business with an individual client, and that you will not resell such merchandise to the general public through retail stores, the internet, printed materials, or any other means.
All images, copy and designs are the property of Malene B and may not be used by you unless specifically permitted by Malene B.
As a member of Malene B Designer program, you are granted the authority to reproduce images as is required to conduct business with your individual interior design and decorating clients. Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at Malene B’s sole discretion.
